About this role
Role Overview
Own P&L performance for the filtration portfolio, driving revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization
Develop and execute a 3–5 year product strategy and roadmap based on consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis
Lead new product development and commercialization, ensuring strong business cases, on‑time delivery, and effective phase‑in/phase‑out management
Partner with sales teams to lead product line reviews, including customer presentations, pricing strategies, and channel execution
Collaborate with sourcing and operations teams to achieve cost targets and ensure supply chain alignment
Work with Consumer Journey teams to develop and expand subscription‑based models and recurring revenue streams
Participate in strategic and annual business planning to optimize overall category performance
Ensure products meet regulatory requirements, quality standards, and brand expectations through partnership with R&D and Quality teams
Monitor market dynamics, including pricing, channels, competition, and consumer behavior, and translate insights into strategic actions
Represent Electrolux externally with industry groups and regulatory bodies to strengthen thought leadership in filtration
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or consumer goods
Strong experience in P&L ownership, financial analysis, and business case development
Proven track record of driving product strategy, commercialization, and growth initiatives
Experience with subscription or recurring revenue models preferred
Knowledge of water filtration, water treatment, or related technologies preferred
Strong ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive alignment in a matrixed organization
Willingness to travel as needed
