Serve as Customer Relationship Manager for assigned function(s)
Build and maintain the transformation roadmap based on business needs and changes
Manage demand and service requests across Design/Transition, Continuous Improvement, and Digital Automation
Provide delivery oversight, status reporting, and governance/steerco participation
Track performance, resolve issues/escalations, gather feedback, and demonstrate S&T value
Own the end-to-end process globally, including governance and decision rights
Define, standardize, and simplify the process and ways of working across S&T
Develop and maintain process playbooks, templates, and supporting documentation
Sponsor automation, digitization, and continuous improvement of the process
Enable adoption through training, communications, and SME support
Build relationships with local functional delivery leaders
Run regular team touchpoints to share updates, align priorities, and surface risks/issues
Ensure adherence to WBD policies and local ways of working
Provide onsite support for employees as needed and coordinate with the remote manager
Escalate and triage local issues with the direct manager and/or P&C

Minimum 12 years of experience in a large multinational corporation
Minimum 10 years of experience with large scale, high visibility business process or organizational transformation
Experience managing projects driving implementation and adoption of automation including machine learning, Agentic AI and RPA
Experience managing projects/teams across multiple global locations
Experience developing and facilitating workshops
Experience driving change management, process improvement and operating model design
Experience in Transformation including roadmap development and implementation
Experience leading teams including development and coaching of team members
Successful track record of leading projects and development/delivery of complex solutions
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required (e.g., Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Technology, Human Resources)
MBA preferred
