Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration)
10+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects across multiple technical disciplines
Advanced leadership, mentoring, and strategic planning skills
Experience in workforce planning, resource management, and organizational development
