About this role
Role Overview
- Report to the Manager of Channel Strategy
- Bring high organizational skills, curiosity, and problem-solving talents
- Manage multiple tasks to enhance efficiency and alignment within sales teams
- Lead transformational change, working collaboratively with marketing, product, sales, and operations partners
- Nurture the end-to-end strategy and execution of new initiatives within the sales compensation portfolio
- Handle inquiries and analyze channel performance, costs, and scenarios
- Manage projects for key changes
- Contribute to semi-annual strategy sessions and presentations
- Set and monitor performance targets for core KPIs
- Develop actionable channel insights, analytical frameworks, and profitability models
- Support executive decision-making with strategic program updates and financial performance insights
- Act as a consultant and partner with all levels of the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in strategy development and implementation with a leading strategy consulting firm or 5-10 years in a similar industry role
- Experience in concept creation and backed stories with data analysis
- Technical skills including data analysis, project management, and software proficiency
- Compelling communicator and storyteller, both visually and verbally
- Collaborative with partners, using indirect influence and negotiation to reach outcomes
- 4-6 years of experience in consulting, business strategy development, or change management
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent, with an MBA as a bonus
