Lead Flagstar’s Employee Relations function and serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders
Establish and execute the Bank’s employee relations strategy
Oversee complex investigations involving misconduct and workplace conflict
Develop and implement employee relations policies, procedures, and workplace standards
Analyze case trends and monitor employee relations activity
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to mitigate employment-related risks

Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field
10+ Years of progressive experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, employment law, labor relations, or related experience
3 years of people management experience
