Role Overview
- Accompanied by the Store Manager and managers, deployment of the national HR policy
- Implementation of HR development actions: recruitment, onboarding, skills development, career management
- Design, implementation and monitoring of the store's training plan
- Support managers in managing their human resources
- Compliance with legal and social rules, promote a climate of listening, dialogue and collaboration
- Contribute to promoting the Castorama employer brand in your catchment area
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to take perspective
- Autonomy, thoroughness, organizational skills
- Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources with an initial significant experience in HR
