About this role

Define the initial architecture, data model, APIs, and coding standards that will support the MVP and its evolution
Build lightweight interfaces and APIs for teachers, students, and education departments, ensuring usability even in contexts of unstable connectivity or shared devices
Implement integrations with LLMs and AI agents to assist teachers in planning and adapting activities
Design the ecosystem with privacy and protection of minors' data (LGPD) in mind from day one

5+ years of solid Fullstack development experience (React, TypeScript, and Node.js or Python)
Hands-on experience designing REST APIs and modeling relational data
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and a strong grounding in automated testing
Product mindset: ability to understand the problem, users, and impact before jumping into code
Autonomy to make pragmatic technical decisions in early-stage environments
