Support project team on overall execution of market research project to ensure timely delivery, and take main responsibility in proposal preparation.
Assist in drafting research materials and other tasks leading up to final report preparation (qualification for either quantitative and qualitative studies as below requirements are acceptable)
Quantitative studies: Questionnaire design, table specs, code frames, report charting with error-free, writing key takeaway messages, etc.
Qualitative studies: drafting discussion guide, conduct in-depth interviews with necessary supervision from project leader, prepare content analysis/ summary of IDIs, assist in qualitative report preparation, etc.
Be familiar with basic market research methodology/industry knowledge, and take responsibility in overall project management with minimal support from project leader.
Well communication/coordination with supporting modules, such as FW, Data Process, Quality Control team to push projects moving smoothly.
Well time/resource management when handling multi-studies.
Keep effective performance & well EQ management under pressure.
Provide on-the-job coaching to analyst/researcher or intern if available.
Requirements
Bachelor/ Master degree in Medical, Public health related field;
1-2 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical or Oncology market in consulting or market researcher relevant area desirable;
Market research and quality/quantity research experience.
Familiar with basic in-depth interviews with necessary supervision from project leader.
Good communication/coordination with supporting modules, such as FW, Data Process, Quality Control team to push projects moving smoothly.
