Collaborate with global project manager to assist in planning, organizing, and executing Group HR projects related to onboarding and talent acquisition.
Collect and analyze regional and global data to provide insights and recommendations for project decision-making throughout project lifecycles.
Generate and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
Stay informed about HR industry best practices and trends to contribute valuable ideas to project strategies.
Work with the team to identify and address project-related challenges and find creative solutions.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to take initiatives and also to collaborate with a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
