Provide commercial support to partners in the São Carlos region (São Paulo), ensuring a consultative, agile, and value-driven experience.
Prospect new accounts and identify business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the region.
Manage and develop the partner portfolio, strengthening relationships and ensuring sustainable, profitable growth.
Conduct commercial data analyses (pipeline, production, conversion, and performance) to support decision-making and the prioritization of strategic actions.
Plan and conduct commercial visits and regional travel, focusing on expanding the business base and maintaining market proximity.
Support the implementation of commercial initiatives and strategic campaigns with partners.
Address operational and commercial issues to ensure smooth processes and partner satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Social Communication, Economics, or related fields.
2 to 5 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in the insurance market.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and organization.
Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills for creating commercial presentations and broker training materials.
Must have own car and a valid Category B driver's license (CNH) for commercial travel.
Must reside in São Carlos, SP.
