Manage BAU renewals, renegotiations, acquisitions, and divestments
Deliver optimum results in all leasing negotiations
Complete 35-40 transactions per annum
Oversee all in-flight transactions from critical dates through to executed documentation
Assess market evidence, prepare business cases, and advise the client
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Champion the use of TM Essentials and other technology platforms
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes

Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Property, Business, or Law
Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
Proven experience in client-facing acquisitions and divestments programs
Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in delivering commercial outcomes
Excellent analytical capabilities including market analysis and lease valuation
Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in leveraging technology platforms to drive transaction efficiency
Strong project management skills
