Role Overview
Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
Automate API, mobile, and end-to-end testing scenarios.
Build and maintain mobile automation suites using established frameworks and best practices.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
Analyze automation results, identify risks, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Drive quality initiatives across the project and promote automation excellence.
Establish QA automation best practices and continuous improvement processes.
Mentor and support team members through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to ensure software quality.
Act as a technical leader and trusted advisor for QA Automation initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in QA Automation.
Strong experience automating APIs using Playwright.
Strong experience automating mobile applications using WebDriverIO.
Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
Experience testing REST APIs, authentication flows, and token management.
Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Experience using Git and modern software development practices.
Experience leading QA automation initiatives and promoting automation best practices.
Experience with mobile banking applications is highly preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
Nice-to-Have: Experience with k6 performance testing.
