Provide functional support for Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support
Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and documentation
Support data migration validation, system testing, and UAT activities
Create and maintain reports within Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint (required)
Analyze project financial and operational data to support business needs
Develop user documentation and support training efforts
Identify and recommend process improvements and system efficiencies

3–5 years of direct, hands-on experience with Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint in a support, analyst, or configuration role
Experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
Proven experience working with project financial data (budgets, billing, revenue, cost, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to create reports within Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint
Experience supporting system testing, UAT, and/or data migration activities
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute immediately
Strong communication skills with business stakeholders
