Build and maintain ongoing partnerships with schools, youth programs, community centers, social service agencies, local businesses, etc.
Participate in, and often lead, outreach events, presentations, info sessions, tabling, festivals, and community fairs
Maintain a consistent monthly outreach schedule and meet required activity levels
Promote opportunities to underserved and underrepresented groups in your area
Introduce the program to young adults and help them determine if they meet basic eligibility criteria (age, income background, education status, etc.)
Guide prospective applicants step-by-step until they are ready to begin their application
Maintain consistent contact with your pipeline through calls, texts, emails, and face‑to‑face meetings
Keep thorough and timely notes in all required online systems

Minimum of a 2‑year degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
Experience in community outreach, youth engagement, sales, customer service, recruiting, or similar fields
Strong comfort with online systems, digital communication, and data entry
Ability to work independently with strong follow‑through and time management
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within your assigned county
Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times
Current valid Driver's License
