Lead technical direction and architectural decisions for key mechatronics infrastructure capabilities
Translate ECU and system-level needs into clear software architecture, interface definitions, and verification-ready requirements
Drive traceability from system intent through solution and POD-level requirements, automated tests, and delivered results
Partner across systems, software, validation, and leadership teams to align scope, resolve issues, and guide execution
Define verification strategy and support scalable automation using modern frameworks, CI/CD practices, and reusable patterns
Review requirements, design artifacts, software, and test content to improve quality, testability, and maintainability
Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar through standards, coaching, and reusable methods
Evaluate and scale new tools, frameworks, and AI-enabled workflows that improve coverage, quality, and speed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of relevant experience in embedded, infrastructure, platform, or automotive software
Strong C++ proficiency and experience with test automation, tooling, or framework development
Deep understanding of embedded software architecture, requirements decomposition, and modern verification practices
Working knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic or similar embedded platforms
Experience with CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, and DoIP, plus familiarity with distributed or service-oriented software concepts such as SOME/IP, DDS, or REST
Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical work, drive complex issues to closure, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience using AI or LLM tools to improve engineering efficiency, requirements quality, test creation, debugging, or workflow speed.
