Strategic Leadership: A key member of the senior management team, Develop and execute operational and financial strategies across Bizimply to improve efficiency and scalability.
Financial Management: Execute "in-the-weeds" financial tasks, including detailed cost reviews, projection modeling, and active management of share transfers and regulatory compliance metrics.
Operational Oversight & Process Scaling: Lead day-to-day team operations, performance management, and project coordination. Drive internal process optimization by leveraging AI and modern technologies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and scale operations across the company.
Legal and Compliance: Oversee legal matters, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
Human Resources: Lead hands-on HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and ad-hoc culture support.
Risk Management: Perform risk analysis and manage vendor relationships with the team.

Qualifications: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, ideally with 5+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
Leadership Experience: Experience of managing direct reports and establishing focus across multi-disciplinary teams (Finance, Ops, HR).
SaaS Industry Acumen: Familiarity with subscription-based financial metrics, corporate scaling, and investor reporting, is a distinct advantage.
