Role Overview
- Planning and directing clinical research activities involving new or marketed Oncology medicines
- Manage the entire cycle of clinical development, including study design, initiation, monitoring, analysis, regulatory reporting, and publication
- Evaluating pre-clinical and translational work for generating clinical development plan and IND applications
- Developing clinical development strategies
- Planning clinical trials based on strategies
- Monitoring and managing ongoing or new clinical trials
- Analyzing and summarizing clinical findings from studies
- Participation in internal and joint internal/external research project teams
- Supervise Clinical Scientists in study execution
- Work with a cross-functional group of experts to manage clinical development
- Assist the Senior/Executive Director in ensuring corporate personnel are informed of study progress
- Maintain strong scientific fund of knowledge
- Author development documents, presentations, and budgets
- Facilitate collaborations with external researchers
Requirements
- M.D or M.D./Ph.D.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical medicine experience
- Minimum of 1 year of industry experience in drug development or biomedical research or experience in academia
- Expertise in Adult Lymphoma
- Demonstrated record of scientific scholarship and achievement
- A proven track record in clinical medicine and background in biomedical research is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to function in a team environment are essential.
