About this role

Ensure optimal product availability through daily inventory and demand analyses
Manage inventory coverage to maintain a high service level
Initiate, monitor, and track orders along defined supply chains
Coordinate delivery dates and quantities with suppliers and internal departments
Analyze trends, forecasts, and variances to support demand-driven replenishment planning
Prepare reports, KPI analyses, and planned demand forecasts
Contribute to process improvements and projects in order and inventory management

Business administration education and/or professional experience in operational purchasing
Ideally some experience in procurement planning, inventory control, order management, or supply chain
Industry experience in pharmaceuticals is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and experienced with ERP systems (e.g., SAP); experience with planning and replenishment tools is a plus
French language skills (min. B1) spoken and written are desirable
