About this role
Role Overview
Deliver major business goals for the portfolio, incl. financial metrics: orders, CM%, market share objectives within the assigned countries.
Drive forecast, risks and opportunities.
Develop customer connections & intimacy to ensure business growth within the assigned countries.
Understand customer processes, touch points, objective & impacts.
Execute and follow-up Action Plans for key accounts and strategic growth initiatives.
Provide Input to the Market Sizing exercise for the PL, analysis of gaps coming from Regions business requests and PL NPI Plan.
Participate in Priorities definition with PL Product Management and R&D.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
Minimum 7 years of sales experience within the Gulf region
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Experience working with Oil & Gas customers in the region
Strong technical knowledge of power systems, protection & control, and grid automation solutions
Solid financial acumen, including pricing and margin management
Good understanding of Oil & Gas sales cycles and customer processes
Fluency in English
Arabic fluency (preferred)
