About this role
Role Overview
Lead the ongoing evolution of ULI's global brand strategy
Serve as ULI's internal brand authority
Define and track brand KPIs
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, toolkits, and asset libraries
Manage ULI's contracted creative services team
Oversee ULI's creative project management platform
Develop and own ULI's global storytelling strategy
Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate mission impact stories
Lead the Annual Report end-to-end
Requirements
10 or more years of experience in brand strategy, creative direction, or integrated marketing
Genuine storytelling capability
Experience managing and directing creative teams
Background in a membership association, nonprofit, philanthropically funded organization, or agency
Proven ability to build alignment and compliance across a matrixed organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
