Conduct internal investigations domestically and internationally
Advise corporate bodies on compliance violations
Represent and defend clients before law enforcement and regulatory authorities at home and abroad
Advise on the implementation and enhancement of Compliance Management Systems
Conduct compliance risk analyses
Requirements
Excellent legal qualifications and very good command of English
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or a PhD are a plus, as is relevant specialist or practical experience in economic criminal law/white-collar crime or the compliance field
Interest in business and economic matters
Curiosity and enthusiasm for international challenges
