Maintain expertise in Workday Core HCM and related business processes

Responsible for Implementation planning, Fit analysis, facilitating design sessions, Configuration, Unit testing, Rollout, and post-implementation support
Assist clients in design, implementation, and support of Workday HR / Benefits / Compensation Management modules
Create solutions for client/internal review and participate in client meetings
Resolve configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules
Manage role provisioning and security according to company policies
Evaluate Workday new releases’ capabilities and assess impacts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related technical field
Workday certified is a Plus
