Role Overview
- Create and publish content for LinkedIn, X, newsletters, and website.
- Design social media posts, carousels, presentations, and marketing assets.
- Edit short-form videos and founder/interview clips.
- Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Execute organic growth and community engagement strategies.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on results.
- Support branding, events, and portfolio company visibility.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing, content, or growth roles.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Figma.
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, X, and newsletter platforms.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content and marketing workflows.
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Nice to Have
- Experience with startups, venture capital, or founder ecosystems.
- Basic knowledge of analytics, SEO, and email marketing.
- Portfolio showcasing content and design work.
