Work hand in hand with the Integrations team to provide market and user feedback that influences the future roadmap of Apify's integrations. Collaborate daily with the Product Manager on open projects, activities, and roadmap priorities.
Own marketing/GTM strategy for Apify's integrations, from high-level positioning to tactical execution. Work on initial launches and co-marketing campaigns that drive adoption and awareness.
Expand partnerships with key platforms such as Make, Zapier, and n8n
coordinating joint campaigns, tutorials, and content initiatives.
Understand the needs of Apify’s user base
from individual developers to large enterprises
to create product messaging, positioning, and marketing collateral for our integrations.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and product decisions.
Collaborate with the broader PMM team to share learnings, align messaging frameworks, and contribute to customer journey optimization across clusters.
Identify key integration trends and monitor the competitive landscape to find new opportunities for growth and partnerships.
Keep internal teams (Product, Sales, and Marketing) informed and educated about new integrations and use cases.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally at a technology company with a strong focus on developers and a product-led growth (PLG) model.
Technical background and/or experience in the integration/automation ecosystem (Zapier, Make, or n8n, and others) and experience leading co-marketing with external partners.
Proven track record of developing and executing GTM and product marketing strategies, including user research, competitive analysis, and messaging and campaign delivery.
Ability to take complex technical concepts (APIs, webhooks, MCP) and turn them into marketing stories that resonate with any audience.
Comfortable being in front of the camera for co-marketing webinars, tutorials, or speaking at events.
Integrations, automations, and APIs genuinely excite you. You're always looking for new ways to use them.
Ability to work well across teams and build trust and maintain clear communication with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to set your own direction and keep it aligned with the company and integrations team.
