Research, coordinates, manages and implements major marketing projects
Manages product/program after launch/implementation
Develops/conducts primary market research related to competitors, industry analysis, customer analysis, market trends, portfolio analysis, product development and regulations, and other related topics
Builds and maintains strong relationships with external companies and vendors
Manages the development of project plans, risk management plans and project documentation
Identifies teamwork and testing assignments and provides oversight and direction to project managers and project test teams
Oversees the implementation of detailed project plans including monitoring and control of budgeted costs and delivery timelines
Analyzes customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction with products and processes
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Three years of marketing support experience to include project coordination and implementations
Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent Excel skills
Strong knowledge of business development, strategic planning, marketing support and process improvement
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
Strong project planning and analytical/critical thinking skills
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team
