You play a key role in our next growth phase and ensure OnStage consistently acquires new qualified leads and customers via LinkedIn.
Active LinkedIn outreach (DMs according to guidelines and system)
Structured follow-ups and conversation management (human, authentic chatting with the target audience)
Relationship building & social selling (commenting and engaging with the target audience in the feed)

Strong social and communication skills
Sales affinity (initial experience in sales, outreach, or telephone sales is a plus)
Structured, independent way of working
LinkedIn or social media experience helpful but not required
