Cost Planning and estimating, post contract and procurement duties

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline.
Mechanical & Electrical and Cost Management experience.
CSA Cost Management experience
Data Centre experience
Proven technical / project delivery experience. Previously employed by a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation
Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts
A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines.
