Part-Time Designer

Role Overview

• Design and produce front pages for a variety of print titles
• Use **InDesign **and **Photoshop **to create visually impactful layouts
• Apply a strong understanding of what makes a front page stand out on the newsstand
• Work collaboratively within the hub to meet production deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• A strong eye for design, layout, typography and visual storytelling
• Experience in headline writing would be advantageous, but not essential.
• Understanding of print front-page design and audience appeal
• Ability to work efficiently and manage priorities within a deadline-driven environment
