Requirements

• Deep understanding of a direct-to-consumer financial services business
• Track record of changed outcomes and measurable business impact
• Approximately a decade leading data or insight work
• Analytical fluency in interrogating and interpreting data and models
• Communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
• Conversant in AI capabilities and applications
• Strong judgment on prioritizing business opportunities
