Holistic project management: You take operational responsibility for planning, controlling, and successfully completing complex IT and software projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Strategic stakeholder management: You act as the central interface between clients, partners, and our internal delivery teams, ensuring transparent communication.
Resource & budget controlling: You assume commercial responsibility for project controlling, perform effort estimations, and manage project risk.
Change management: You actively support client organizations during transformation processes and the introduction of new software structures and digital workflows.
Continuous improvement: After project completion, you drive lessons-learned analyses to continuously optimize project processes and quality standards.

Solid PM experience: You bring at least 3–5 years of demonstrable professional experience managing IT and software projects, ideally in a consulting or agency environment.
Methodology expertise: You are highly proficient with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional or hybrid project management methods.
Technical understanding: You have a strong understanding of IT infrastructures, cloud technologies (especially Atlassian or AWS/Azure ecosystems), and software development processes.
Commercial know-how: You are skilled in project controlling, budget monitoring, and contract management (scope and change request management).
Language proficiency: You communicate confidently and with negotiation skills in German (C1/C2) and are fully fluent in English (B2+) to handle Atlassian documentation and vendor tickets with ease.
