About this role
Role Overview
- End-to-end ownership for the Banking & Financial Services vertical
- Independently conduct customer meetings with banks and partners; analyze processes, requirements, and regulatory frameworks
- Develop a deep market and customer understanding to inform product decisions
- Create a data-driven, bank-specific feature roadmap prioritized by business impact
- Lead and coordinate engineering, design, and sales through to launch
- Build prototypes and concepts independently — including using AI tools
- Represent the company at industry events
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scaleup
- Demonstrable exposure to the banking or financial services sector
- Understanding of relevant regulations (eIDAS 2.0, EUDI Wallet)
- Deep understanding of API products and technical integration scenarios
- Proficient use of AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
- Strong customer orientation and strategic thinking skills
- Fluent in German and very good command of English
