Help scale our design impact by implementing design systems, leveraging automation tools. building effective templates, collaborating with our data and insights teams to test and optimize our work, and evolving/adjusting our processes for an increasingly efficient workflow.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent work experience
10+ years experience in brand design, in house or agency
Portfolio of work that demonstrates excellent design across a range of channels/surfaces and strong process
You are skilled in Figma (collaborative use of features including building and using brand libraries, variables and components), Adobe Creative Suite (3D and motion preferred), and Google Docs.
Your design principles and fundamentals are excellent: layout, hierarchy, balance, typography, color theory
You have pixel-perfect attention to detail. Uneven margins bug you!
You “show your work” through process and iteration, demonstrated in portfolio
You take a generous approach to collaboration: giving and receiving feedback freely and openly in design crits with a kind, constructive mindset
You are flexible and adaptable to create great work in a fast moving, dynamic environment
You manage your calendar and work flow effectively to maximize your productivity
You have a spirit of curiosity and a drive to seek new ground. You desire to learn new things to address skills gaps on the team and drive your personal and career growth
