Provide technical support to customers (focus in semiconductor and electronic related market) in Taiwan to offer solutions with Kalrez® parts for sustainable growth.
Closely collaborate with sales to engage the customers to identify and capture new development opportunities through providing better sealing solutions.
Support new material/application technology development.
Drive or support the launch of new material/application technology, aligned with global COE projects.
Resolve customers' problems with Kalrez® parts.
Contribute to keep strong relationship with strategic customers.
Provide technical information to sales team for effective and rapid development.
Create/modify application test equipment.
Perform testing evaluation in laboratory environment and generate technical data according to the customer/market needs.
Evaluate competitive products to clarify the positioning.
Conduct seminars to customers and distributors to promote Kalrez® application as needed.
Learn and acquire deep knowledge and trend of the advanced technology in the industries.
Participation to various institute conferences to connect with technical resource
Requirements
Material Science, or Chemical or Mechanical engineering background
Over 4 years of experience as technical engineer
Customer interface experience
Broad technical interests for diversified market and application
Semicon, display or electronics industry experience is highly preferred but not limited
Team player with networking skill
Strong interpersonal skills and ease of internal and external interaction in a diverse environment
Strong communication skills for day-to-day job and interaction with external and internal customers and suppliers
Strong presentation skills
Ability to travel (~25%)
Compliant with safety guidelines, business ethics and internal control processes
