About this role

Provide hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance support
Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and supporting capital and reliability improvement initiatives
Maintain and repair electrical systems, motors, control panels, and instrumentation
Diagnose electrical faults and implement corrective actions
Maintain pumps, valves, conveyors, rotating equipment, and mechanical systems
Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process optimization
Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Contractors

Associate’s degree or technical certification (Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical), OR equivalent experience
2–5 years of maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, or both)
5–10 years of industrial/plant experience preferred
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (rotating equipment, piping, valves)
Working knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation
Experience with preventive maintenance systems and work order management
Familiarity with SAP or similar systems preferred
