Role Overview
- Review administrative case files (PAs)
- Monitor and manage deadlines
- Provide guidance to assistants
- Issue court fee slips and prepare calculations.
Requirements
- Service provider with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Experience and knowledge in Civil law preferred, especially in banking-related matters
- Familiarity with electronic case management systems such as PJe, ESAJ, Projudi, and others.
