Role Overview
- Reconcile billing amounts with the amounts recorded in the client's system
- Notify and return erroneous charges to the respective supplier
- Enter invoice data into the system and generate record numbers
- Perform critical analysis of extraordinary expenses
- Contact suppliers for various information and clarifications
- Maintain and monitor the follow-up report
- Enter and track extraordinary expenses in the reimbursements report
- Prepare various reports in Excel
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma
- Preferred education: Currently pursuing a university degree
- Experience in finance
- Basic knowledge of integrated systems (ERP)
