About this role
Role Overview
Reconcile billing amounts with the amounts recorded in the client's system
Notify and return erroneous charges to the respective supplier
Enter invoice data into the system and generate record numbers
Perform critical analysis of extraordinary expenses
Contact suppliers for various information and clarifications
Maintain and monitor the follow-up report
Enter and track extraordinary expenses in the reimbursements report
Prepare various reports in Excel
Requirements
Minimum education: High school diploma
Preferred education: Currently pursuing a university degree
Experience in finance
Basic knowledge of integrated systems (ERP)
