About this role
Role Overview
Supports the U.S. and global employee benefits lifecycle.
Serves as a key contact for enrollments, resource navigation, claims, and wellbeing programs.
Ensures benefit alignment with organizational goals, compliance, and employee retention.
Partners cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, HRIS, brokers, and vendors to optimize operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Administers enrollments, life events, beneficiaries, COBRA, terminations, and claims.
Resolves complex eligibility, enrollment, payroll, carrier, and claims issues.
Coordinates with brokers, carriers, and vendors for seamless administration.
Supports country-specific benefit programs and international vendor relationships.
Analyzes enrollment trends, utilization metrics, and reports to guide strategy.
Prepares metrics, reports, and data analyses using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years in benefits administration OR 3+ years as an HR Generalist heavily focused on benefits
Knowledge of HR concepts, practices, procedures, and benefits regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Hands-on experience managing benefits modules within an HRIS
Strong organization, analytics, and oral/written communication skills.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Experience with Self-Insured Plans (preferred)
Experience with global benefits or international HR management (preferred)
Specific Workday and ADP experience (preferred)
CEBS and/or PHR certification (preferred).
