About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct functional demonstrations of the Retail system, showcasing best practices and platform features;
- Act in a consultative manner with clients, understanding their business processes and identifying opportunities for solution fit;
- Plan and execute POCs (Proof of Concept) to validate the solution with clients;
- Support implementation processes by monitoring schedules, deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met;
- Assist the sales team in technical meetings and solution presentations;
- Identify, record and evaluate new business opportunities, ensuring adherence to business rules and established technical standards;
- Map requirements and business processes, translating client needs into solutions aligned with the platform.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT or related fields;
- Availability for domestic travel;
- Experience with system implementations and/or knowledge of retail processes;
- Own laptop/computer;
- Organized and comfortable working with Excel spreadsheets;
- Good communication skills and ability to teach/explain effectively;
- Experience with system implementation routines.
