Your mission will be to design, drive and consolidate cultural transformation initiatives that accelerate our evolution as an organization. You will be a key player in co-creating an inclusive, continuous-learning, highly collaborative work environment where every Topazer can thrive and contribute to the technological revolution in the financial market.
Design the cultural strategy: Translate Topaz's vision into concrete programs and initiatives that strengthen our DNA and desired behaviors. You will identify cultural opportunities and gaps and propose high-impact actions.
Foster innovation and new ways of working: Promote a mindset of experimentation and learning, encouraging the adoption of tools such as AI to amplify our work. You will work closely with technology teams to align our culture with the business strategy.
Co-create the Topazer experience: Design and coordinate experiences, rituals and programs that reinforce our sense of belonging. This includes diversity and inclusion initiatives, recognition programs and actions that promote well-being and engagement in our multicultural work environment.
Measure to evolve: Define and analyze culture and engagement metrics (surveys, feedback, etc.) to generate insights that guide leadership decisions and enable continuous improvement.
Drive leadership by example: Collaborate with leaders and teams across the organization to activate desired behaviors, facilitating workshops and co-creation spaces that inspire and mobilize.
Requirements
Experience: Over 5 years of experience in Culture, Organizational Development, Change Management or Employee Experience roles. It is essential that you have led cultural transformation projects end to end.
Strategic and human-centered mindset: Ability to connect business strategy with people’s needs, creating solutions that generate real, positive impact.
Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring and connecting with diverse, multicultural audiences.
Knowledge of Change Management methodologies and Design Thinking applied to the people experience.
Passion for diversity, equity and inclusion, with the ability to communicate in a way that welcomes all people.
Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. We are #OneTeam across LATAM!
Preferred: Experience in technology companies or in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments.
Must reside in São Paulo to meet the requirement of attending the São Paulo or Inaiatuba office twice a week.
