Perform the daily execution of Accounts Payable processes, ensuring complete data accuracy, compliance and timely delivery;
Execute and closely monitor the company's daily financial and bank reconciliations;
Monitor and maintain strict control over amortization schedules for Acquisitions (M&A) and Loans;
Prepare the monthly Accounts Payable statement, including recording provisions and preparing reports for the analysis period;
Actively support integration projects and process/parameterization improvements within the SAP ERP;
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in payment flows to optimize operations and mitigate errors.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
Proven experience specifically in Accounts Payable;
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with routines and postings in SAP ERP;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel for report extraction, data cross-referencing and financial control.
Differentials:
Experience or active participation in post-M&A integration projects on the finance side;
Knowledge in configuration, testing and validation of improvements for the Accounts Payable module in SAP;
Experience in advanced treasury functions or close interaction with audits.
