Role Overview
- Assist in planning and specification analysis to provide clear, trackable interpretations of designs
- Prepare project deliverables including tracking and creating RFIs, and managing agreements
- Develop, implement and monitor the construction schedule
- Administer and manage subcontracts
- Interact and coordinate activities of consultants and contractors
- Plan and coordinate Health & Safety aspects for project completion
- Maintain written reports and project communications
- Prepare detailed scopes of work, cost estimates, and billing
Requirements
- A construction related degree/diploma
- Three+ years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience in a Project Management role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software
- Ability to read construction specs and drawings
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently
- Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
