Role Overview
- Design, develop, and deliver new features aligned to business requirements
- Maintain and enhance an enterprise .NET platform across UI, services, and database layers
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
- Mentor developers and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Ensure quality through testing, code reviews, and documentation
- Provide accurate estimations and support agile delivery processes
Requirements
- 5+ years software development experience
- 2+ years in a senior .NET role
- Strong experience with enterprise-scale systems
- Solid knowledge of C# and SQL
- Experience with distributed services and web applications
- Proven ability in architecture and technical design
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Relevant IT qualification or equivalent
- Nice to Have Retail, ERP, or transactional system experience
- Exposure to hybrid modernisation (legacy + .NET 8)
- Experience with Azure or cloud-based architectures
- Observability and monitoring tools
