- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across teams
- Keep our ATS updated and pipelines moving
- Conduct initial recruiter screens to assess fit and alignment
- Champion a thoughtful, efficient candidate experience
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sourcing and/or coordination
- Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology
- Startup experience or a track record of working in fast-paced environments
- Clear communicator, highly organized, and candidate-focused
- Experience screening technical candidates
- Bonus: experience with Lever
