Requirements
4+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience with core commercial banking solutions, including complex commercial lending structures, treasury management platforms, and integrated financial services that support commercial clients
Completion of a formal credit training program, demonstrating advanced proficiency in credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and deal structuring
Professional network across Denver and greater Colorado market, with demonstrated ability to convert market connectivity into new relationship opportunities
Proven history managing high‑value commercial relationships within the $100MM to $500MM revenue segment, consistently delivering strategic advice and tailored financial solutions to sophisticated clients
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across the enterprise, effectively mobilizing cross functional partners to deliver a unified, client centric experience that strengthens institutional relationships
Established history of driving new business growth, including sourcing, securing, and expanding long‑term client relationships through strategic engagement and deep market knowledge specific to competitive dynamics in Colorado
