Role Overview
- Design and deliver scalable L&D programmes across the firm
- Experience in leading and managing a team
- Lead the development of a Business Development training programme
- Build and own a Career Stepping Up programme
- Develop a Commercial Awareness curriculum
- Ensure all programmes are scalable
- Partner with Service Line leaders and HR Business Partners
- Manage external learning providers
- Build strong relationships with Partners and senior leaders
- Define clear success metrics for programmes
- Use data and feedback for continuous improvement
- Report regularly on L&D effectiveness and ROI
Requirements
- Significant experience designing and delivering scalable L&D programmes within professional services
- Strong understanding of business development and commercial skills
- Experience in creating career progression programmes
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Confident presenting to large audiences
- Strong project management capability
- Experience in or with an accountancy, legal or consulting firm is preferable
- Coaching qualification (ILM, ICF or equivalent) is a plus
- Experience integrating digital learning tools and AI-enabled platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with psychometric or behavioural assessment tools (e.g. Korn Ferry, Hogan) is a plus
