Designs, deploys, and supports enterprise HPE Aruba WLAN solutions.
Performs wireless troubleshooting, including RF analysis and client connectivity.
Assists with RF design activities and capacity planning for optimal performance.
Collaborates with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Reviews WLAN configurations for alignment with standards and best practices.
Participates in customer-impacting incidents with support from senior engineers.
Learns and applies emerging wireless technologies.
Provides knowledge sharing to support team effectiveness.
Supports customer engagements aligned to Americas business hours.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in enterprise networking and/or WLAN environments.
Working knowledge of HPE Aruba WLAN technologies.
Understanding of IEEE 802.11 fundamentals, RF concepts, and wireless security principles.
Exposure to wireless troubleshooting tools, packet captures, and spectrum analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in written and verbal form.
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies in a fast-paced networking environment.
Ability to work effectively within a global organization, aligned to Americas time zone operations.
