Managing and delivering OCM/HR transformation projects to schedule, budget and quality.
Working with client stakeholders and delivering Change Management Strategy, Change Management Framework, Change Management plan, Resistance management, and Planning related Trainings.
Performing relevant project management processes such as initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate and executing projects to agreed schedule, budget, and scope.
Leading and managing the entire change as a project with reporting and ability to design and plan trainings for the stakeholders involved.
Requirements
10 plus years of relevant experience in a Business / Corporate IT environment
Experience in leading Change management in major and complex IT transformation projects
OCM Certified from PROSCI
PMP / Prince 2 Certification
Business Process Improvement experience – Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certified
desirable)
Should be able to diagnose and strategize the need for change and articulate it well to all involved
Strong and proven networking skills
Ability to influence and draw consensus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (including negotiation)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
Experience in understanding customer strategy, services and business processes.
