Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of New Business projects from initial inquiry through design, construction handoff, and post-installation support.
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective project delivery.
Define project scope and develop designs, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to drive successful outcomes.
Oversee the customer attachment lifecycle, ensuring coordination, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Field Construction to plan, schedule, and execute projects, monitoring performance against timelines and financial targets.
Manage financial and operational performance, including cost estimating, invoicing, capital tracking, variance analysis, and input into forecasting and capital planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or related construction, project management or operational training and/or experience.
2-4 years of related experience.
For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years experience of related experience is required (total of 5+ years).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed analysis and manage multiple projects to defined timelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning new systems and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders.
Knowledge of pipeline construction, customer attachment processes, project management, and pricing models is considered an asset.
