Role Overview
- Work with clients to develop company-wide solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct site surveys and assist in recommendations
- Prepare Proposals, Scopes of Work, and Bill of Materials
- Create and deliver infrastructure drawing packages
- Lead internal peer-review meetings
- Work closely with Account Executives
- Assist in managing project costs and resourcing
- Maintain and update project trackers
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers
Requirements
- 8 Years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams and Teams Room Systems
- Strong understanding of Q-SYS, Neat, Crestron, Logitech, Jabra, Biamp, Polycom, Cisco, and similar products
- Strong understanding of AI automated camera tracking systems
- Strong understanding of network-based AV distribution systems
- Ability to create and understand AV system designs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to collaborate and work well in a team
- Eager, self-motivated, and capable of learning quickly.
