Monitor and drive the execution of Unimed do Brasil's strategic projects, ensuring alignment between planning and results
Manage projects, programs and the strategic portfolio, supporting managers and departments in structuring, monitoring and executing the organization’s priority initiatives
Develop, plan, manage and monitor projects, programs and the strategic portfolio in accordance with the guidelines and processes defined by Unimed do Brasil
Act as a consultative partner to business areas, supporting managers in structuring, prioritizing and executing strategic initiatives
Guide and support departments in applying project management methodologies and using corporate management tools
Monitor and critically analyze indicators related to strategic initiatives, proposing corrective actions and mitigation plans when necessary
Identify risks, deviations, dependencies and obstacles that may impact the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives
Facilitate follow-up meetings with managers, sponsors and executive leadership, preparing executive materials, minutes, summaries and management reports
Lead the monitoring of the strategic portfolio, ensuring visibility, governance and alignment across the organization’s initiatives
Support managers and teams in preparing action plans, timelines, monitoring templates and defining indicators
Develop and disseminate best practices, methodologies, processes and tools related to project management
Prepare and deliver training on project management, strategic planning and monitoring tools
Structure and consolidate executive reports to track project progress and strategic planning
Participate in the processes of building, reviewing and critically analyzing the organization’s Strategic Planning
Ensure the information on projects, action plans and strategic indicators is kept up to date, supporting senior leadership decision-making
Continuously seek new methodologies, tools and market practices that contribute to the evolution of the organization’s project and portfolio management
Maintain and update the Strategic Planning information (projects, action plans and performance indicators) to guarantee monitoring and reporting to senior management on progress and the level of achievement of strategic objectives and targets
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology or related fields
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies
Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban and Canvas)
Experience with strategic planning and management of action plans
Experience monitoring and analyzing performance indicators
Experience running meetings and delivering executive presentations
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project
Microsoft Office intermediate/advanced level
Analytical ability and systems thinking
Excellent relationship and influencing skills across different organizational levels
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Strategy or related areas is a plus
Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum, Kanban or similar) are a plus
Experience with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools is a plus
